As a Regional Specialist with the Florida Education Association, Tom doesn’t just talk about fair workplaces—he fights for them. Known for his grit and hands-on approach, Tom empowers union members to stand strong by fostering organized, collective action. He believes that real power only concedes to organized voices, and he’s relentless in building environments where respect and integrity are non-negotiable.

Before his current role, Tom served as a Uniserv Director for the Pinellas Classroom Teachers Association, where he led initiatives to engage and organize members, revamped professional development, and trained local leaders to carry the torch for workers’ rights. His commitment to organizing over simply negotiating has set him apart, earning him a reputation as a fierce advocate who believes the best wins come from a unified voice and fair compromise. Tom’s influence extends through the labor movement as he champions collective power and resilient workplace communities.

Outside the trenches, Tom lives in Central Florida with his wife Amanda, their three cats—Lily, Zaz, and Sammy—and a passion for Star Trek, woodworking, and a good book.
